Cheryl McKissack Daniel, President & CEO of McKissack and McKissack, the country’s oldest minority-owned construction firm, was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Her success as a Black female in a white male–dominated profession would be reason enough, but we are also here to honor her lifelong efforts to lift other minority- and woman-owned businesses.
